Therapy is typically focused on healing past experiences and emotional processing. Consulting offers expert advice and solutions. Coaching is future-focused—it’s about helping you clarify goals, build momentum, and lead your growth with confidence. Mentoring is often informal and unpaid, based on long-term relational guidance. While some use “mentoring” to describe their paid work, I distinguish it as a separate dynamic.

What I offer is a mix of coaching and consulting depending on your needs. You’ll learn tools, frameworks, and systems that you can use not only in our work together, but again and again throughout your career. We implement with close guidance, and you continue applying them independently.

Personally, I use my Gallup certification and years studying and implementing psychology in the workplace (in particularly social, organizational, and positive psych) to guide my practice.

Absolutely not. The work combines proven, practical tools and frameworks with deep individualization. What you get is personalized strategy for what you need, when you need it. And in fact, I'm here to help you move through the moments that growth doesn't feel so good (they're called growing pains for a reason).

That said, most clients report not only career results—like clearer decisions, promotions, or momentum—but also unexpected emotional shifts: confidence, relief, and a renewed sense of groundedness. Many say they move forward faster and with more certainty, using tools they continue to apply long after our work together.

This work is built for people with courage and drive. I make sure that the tactics are clear and broken down, and I roll up my sleeves to work right alongside you. But you're the one operating and cultivating your success.

I also want to say this out loud: fear, doubt, lack of confidence–especially when trying something new or getting up again admist challenges–show up even among the most successful professionals (trust me, I've worked with them and am one) so that's a natural part we'll face and we'll work through it together. With that, if you're not ready to engage with your growth and the challenges along the way, and invest the time and effort to do so, this probably isn't the right fit (or, you'll not make the most of it).

Not at all, and often, quite the opposite. Many of my clients are proactive. Coaching can be most effective when you sense you’re at a meaningful turning point—something you want to maximize, not just survive. I'll go into how I see it rather than dictionary definition here, okay? Executive or leadership coaching is a type of career coaching, often focused on performance within a defined senior level role that includes communication, team dynamics, and influence skills. My career coaching includes that regardless of the level (because whether you're a C-level or an rising individual contributor, you need to know how to collaborate and make your mark).

Alongside the career aspect, we take a holistic view and assess the role itself, align with your bigger goals, and lead from your strengths. Many of my clients are already in leadership. This work supports not just how they show up in their current role—but how they shape what’s next.

I feel you, I'm the same way. That's exactly why this work blends proven systems and tools with deeply personalized support. The systems are there to give us an anchor, but my approach is about making sure you can succeed. 

You'll learn strategies that work and keep working long after we finish, with the journey itself is shaped around you. Beyond the text and voice access you get in between sessions (literal game changer - some of my clients do meaningful shifts just with these), I even design my own digital tools to help you move forward and close gaps that might keep you stuck in between sessions. It doesn't get more personal or hands-on than this. Honestly, it's the kind of support I wish I had at different points in my career.

We shift. Life and career moves fast, and organisations move as fast as ever (especially in tech, I know you know and feel this) – and that’s okay. Each program is designed to be around 12 weeks, depending on pace. Lead forward, my leadership and career acceleration program, can be between 12-24 weeks as we may see that our best course of action considering your individual and organizational circumstances is to move forward with a longer duration from the start.
